Payment methods are simple — we accept BACs transfer or Visa debit card payments following test completion. Once payment is received in full, your official Portable Appliance Test Report will be provided within 48 hours.

Working practices All work booked directly with SBPAT is carried out personally by us. We do not sub-contract or outsource any agreed work, ensuring consistent standards, clear accountability, and high-quality reporting after every visit.

Subcontracting services (trade only) We also provide subcontract PAT testing support for established PAT testing companies, facilities providers, and contractors who may require additional capacity.
